Blue heaven.
My calligraphy teacher would often say “Nature makes no mistakes with color” (i.e., when selecting colors and color combinations, look at nature for guidance).
She was so right.

One of the first things I noticed when I moved to LA were the amazing purple trees. I was so fond of them I decided, yea, I can live here. They are so beautiful.
There is no place like Pasadena for Jacarandas.
They look especially nice at this angle. Very nice!
